Sunny is a licensed Managing Broker and possesses extraordinary technical and practical knowledge gained from driving a high volume of real estate transactions over many years. This combined with her previous experience as a mortgage broker, real estate investor and property flipper enables her to provide amazing service to our clients. She loves real estate and she loves helping people. Our clients appreciate the tremendous care she demonstrates for them while working on their behalf. Sunny has earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, achieved by only the top 4% of brokers nationwide, based on performance and education, and is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

He has an easy going manner and the ability to work with a wide range of personality styles. Steve is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).

She has a technical associates degree from Cascadia College in Environmental Technologies and Sustainable Practices. In her free time, she practices martial arts. She has taught Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate locally. She was selected as a Five-Star Rising Star Professional in 2018. She is also on the 2019 Seattle King County REALTORS® Young Professional’s Network board. Hadley has also achieved the National Association of REALTORS® Green designation.

Baxter has been with the team full-time since 2018. He is a squeaky toy enthusiast and enjoys bird watching. His primary role on the team is being adorable and keeping Sunny, Steve and Hadley company in the office. Baxter is a Skye Terrier, a breed that originated on the Isle of Skye, in Scotland.
