Steve Elston
Steve's practical experience was gained over a decade of real estate investment, property rehab and property management work. He has an easy going manner and the ability to work with a wide range of personality styles. Steve prides himself on taking the time needed to educate our clients, throughout the process, so they remain comfortable and confident. Steve also works hard to avoid problems before they occur and always strives to keep everyone calm and working together to achieve the optimal outcome for our clients. Steve is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
Sunny Elston
Sunny is a licensed Managing Broker and possesses extraordinary technical and practical knowledge gained from driving a high volume of real estate transactions over many years. This combined with her previous experience as a mortgage broker, real estate investor and property flipper enables her to provide amazing service to our clients. She loves real estate and she loves helping people. Our clients appreciate the tremendous care she demonstrates for them while working on their behalf. Sunny has earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, achieved by only the top 4% of brokers nationwide, based on performance and education, and is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Hadley Elston
Hadley has been a licensed, full-time Real Estate Broker since 2014 and has worked in both new home sales and resale. She holds a technical associate’s degree in Environmental Technologies and Sustainable Practices. She has achieved the National Association of REALTORS® Green designation. Hadley is the current chair of the Seattle King County REALTORS® Good Neighbor Committee and has been a member of the Seattle King County REALTORS® Young Professionals Network for five years. Before her career in real estate, she taught cardio kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and karate locally.
Lyla
Lyla has been with the team full-time since 2019 and has quickly climbed the pack ladder. She is our Office Manager and ensures nothing is wasted by frequently raiding the recycle paper bins and then doing art projects with the scavenged materials. She also closely supervises Baxter. Lyla is an Irish Terrier and was born at Kincora Kennels in sunny Sequim, WA.
Baxter
Baxter has been with the team full-time since 2018. He is a squeaky toy enthusiast and enjoys bird watching. His primary role on the team is being adorable and keeping Sunny, Steve and Hadley company in the office. Baxter is a Skye Terrier, a breed that originated on the Isle of Skye, in Scotland.
